We have used Grimm Collections since 2002 and have found their patient-friendly staff to be an important resource for all our collection needs. Due to Grimm’s success in collecting our past due balances, we have seen our bad debt decrease significantly, and this has made Grimm Collections a valuable asset to our team!

We are continuously impressed with Grimm’s attentive measures and ability to collect on accounts we had long thought were write-offs. We are extremely happy with Grimm Collections and will not consider any other substitute no matter what cost savings would be proposed as its not worth anything if they can’t collect on the account.
