Industries We Serve

Olympia Anesthesia Associates (OAA) has worked with Grimm Collections since 1986. We have always been pleased with their effectiveness as well as their professionalism!

It has been an extreme pleasure working with you (Grimm Collections) these last several months. Your help, guidance, assistance and knowledge has been very much appreciated. Thank you! Thank you!

We have worked with Grimm Collections for over twenty years and they do a super job for us. The service they have provided to us over the years has been friendly, cooperative and flexible. We appreciate their professionalism in working with not only us but our clients and it shows in their successful percentage of recovery.

Grimm Collections has provided us with excellent service and has tailored to the needs of our practice. Compared to other agencies used in the past, they continue to recover the most revenue for us with their professionalism. I would highly recommend Grimm Collections to any business!

When I think of the owners and staff of Grimm Collections; I think of integrity, persistence and hard work. I appreciate the fact that they are a local, family-owned business and play an active part in our community. Happy for 26 years as a partner with Grimm Collections…with more to go!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Grimm Collection Agency. I highly recommend them. They do an outstanding job. I receive an almost immediate response to my questions. The reports are accurate, well designed and easy to read and understand. Plus the staff is great to work with!

Grimm Collections is the right choice for my company because their values and customer care is a perfect match for us. It is so wonderful to have such trust in a collections partner that deals with the most sensitive customer issue.

I was very pleased with the quick recovery of a recent payment and appreciate Grimm’s taking care of it. The previous company I used did not have such a quick recovery time, and the high commission they took made it almost not even worth me sending accounts their way. I just wanted to express my appreciation.

Each and every Grimm employee we have ever encountered has been a joy to work with. They are always professional and engaging. Grimm is a very experienced company, easy to work with and remarkable at debt recovery. We look forward to another decade of partnership with Grimm Collections!

I wanted to give everyone at Grimm a great big thank you for all your hard work. You all have done a great job and it really shows this month. WAY TO GO!!!! I truly appreciate your continuous dedication to our collection needs.
